Lynn M. Dannheisser

Lynn M. Dannheisser has spent more than 35 years practicing law. She began as a partner at the international law firm Holland & Knight and later served as city attorney for several of South Florida’s most prosperous municipalities, including South Miami, Pinecrest, Sunny Isles Beach, Surfside, and the Village of Marathon in the Keys.

Her career immersed her in the workings of government politics and made her aware of the opportunities for criminal mischief that often arise in the Sunshine State—an experience that now shapes the worlds she creates in fiction.

Lynn is also a published author (What’s Wrong with Me?, McGraw-Hill 2005) and has written as a guest columnist for the Miami Herald on public affairs. She brings this wealth of professional and writing experience to her new novel, Where Nobody Knows Her Name, a thriller rooted in South Florida’s unique character.

When she isn’t writing, Lynn enjoys time on the Florida coast, swimming with dolphins or flying to the Keys, always observing and gathering inspiration for her next story.
